At Smart Cleaning Solutions we don't under estimate the importance of our people.  Our success comes from the effort and work practices that our staff apply to their daily servicing.

Without our staff we have no business!! With that in mind, all of our staff are thoroughly screened, police-checked and then trained in all aspects of the commercial cleaning industry.

Staff are encouraged to learn specific skills in areas like floor stripping and sealing, carpet cleaning and window cleaning, etc.  This gives them the opportunity of joining our specific cleans division.  We are always encouraging our people to develop their skills further, with the aim of elevating themselves to more senior positions including those like site supervisor, area supervisor, etc.

One of our biggest focuses in maintaining staff loyalty is to ensure continuity to our clients by maintaining staff consistency, hence avoiding the need to constantly re-train new people to provide expert services to our client's account.

We are very much aware, as you are, that maintaining a regular settled team results in a much better and consistent quality of work. Having to constantly retrain staff requires lots of effort and usually affects the standard consistency of clean delivered to the customer.
