All our staff are trained in every aspect of the cleaning required for your site.  They are all police-checked and cleared, and always present to work neat and tidy, and in uniform.

Your site supervisor will be made available to you 24/7 should that emergency or need arise to communicate any problems or concerns.

We will also always be available to discuss any requirements or queries you may have.  We will be structuring a fortnightly meeting with you in person to ensure that our lines of communication are strong and any issues can be brought to our attention for immediate response.

A weekly site cleaning audit will also be conducted and copies supplied to you identifying any areas of concern.  This is a big part of being transparent with our customers.  If there is a problem, we don't try to hide it from you.  We identify it, and quickly put measures into place to have it rectified immediately.
